We will provide you with a label to obtain an exchange, a voucher, or a refund: the items must be in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
the items have not been worn, damaged or washed;; items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
We must receive the return within 2pm days of receipt in the same condition it was received

Parka
All Amorak Italy parkas are made with water-repellent outer fabrics. Proper maintenance is essential to maintain both their functionality and refined appearance.
Washing instructions
• Machine wash on delicate cycle or by hand
• Use cold water (below 30°C)
• Do not leave to soak
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not bleach or use aggressive detergents
• Do not tumble dry
• Air dry in the shade (avoid direct sunlight)
• For small stains, dab gently with a soft cloth without rubbing
Important: Always remove any fur from the hood or trim before washing the outer fabric.
Fur lining & Hood fur
• If the fur product gets wet from rain or snow, shake it gently and let it dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated place.
• Never place it near direct heat sources such as radiators, fireplaces or stoves
• To store it, use a cotton or breathable bag, avoiding plastic
• Do not crush or fold the fur and keep it away from direct sunlight or strong artificial light sources for long periods
• Cleaning should be done only by fur specialists — never by standard dry cleaning
Conservation
• Put away garments only when they are perfectly clean and completely dry
• Use sturdy, wide hangers to preserve their shape
• Store in a dry, well-ventilated place
