We take great pride in the quality of our products and our website contains detailed size charts for each individual item for your reference.

We are 100% sure that you will love your purchases. 

But in the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, please email us at support@amorak.it entror 48 hours after receiving your items for eligibility and condition.

We will provide you with a label to obtain an exchange, a voucher, or a refund: the items must be  in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
Items have not been worn, damaged, or washed; we are notified within 48 hours of receipt; items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. 

If you received an incorrect or defective item in your order, we sincerely apologize. We have rigorous quality assurance techniques to ensure this never happens.

In this case, simply send pictures of the incorrect/defective items to support@myela.it and we will resolve the matter urgently.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. As we strive to receive your orders promptly, we are unable to cancel your order outside of this timeframe as it may have already been dispatched.
