These General Conditions of Sale regulate the relationships between AMORAK.IT and the customer in relation to purchases made through the site AMORAK.it

For anything not expressly regulated in these general conditions of sale, reference is made to the provisions of the Legislative Decree 22&May 1999, n.185 and the discipline&applicable Civil Code.

Conclusion and object of the contract:
Upon receipt by AMORAK.IT of the Order Confirmation, transmitted by the customer electronically, the contract is considered concluded. With the conclusion of the contract, AMORAK.IT undertakes to supply the customer with the purchased products, under the terms and conditions set out in these General Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to the right not to process orders towards subjects who do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency.

By sending the Order Confirmation, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the following in his dealings with AMORAK.IT the provisions contained in these General Conditions of Sale. 
The forwarding of the order confirmation, therefore, implies the customer's full knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions of sale as well as of the additional information contained in the web pages of the Site referred to and linked therein.

Private customers can request an invoice no later than the day of purchase by sending a written request to AMORAKe, specifying their tax information.


TRADE POLICY
AMORAK.IT created and published the site with the aim of offering a service exclusively aimed at the END CONSUMER, to whom all the products on sale on the site are intended.

For "END CONSUMER" means a natural person acting for purposes outside of his or her business or professional activity.

Therefore, individuals who do not fall within the category of FINAL CONSUMER are invited to refrain from placing orders and/or establishing commercial relationships with AMORAK.IT
