Warranty Policy
Amorak Italy products are crafted by expert technicians using only the highest-quality materials. We proudly offer a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is not transferable.

Warranty Disclaimers
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse or negligence

  • Failure to follow product care instructions

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear due to time

Please do not remove the original woven label or any internal tags, as this will void the warranty.

Procedure for availing of the Guarantee (if applicable)

1. Submit your request
Write to support@@amorak.it attaching:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or payment receipt)

  • Photo of the defect and the entire product

2. Evaluation
Once we receive the documentation, our team will verify whether the issue is covered by the warranty.

  • Covered by Warranty:

    • Repairs will be carried out free of charge.

    • A personal guarantee account will be created with a dedicated code.

    • We will provide you with the address of the facility to which you can send the product.

    • At our discretion, the product may be replaced rather than repaired.

  • Not Covered by Warranty:

    • We will inform you in advance about the costs of the repair service.

    • If you accept, we will create a warranty account with a personal code and provide you with the facility's shipping address.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs to Amorak Italy for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Amorak Italy will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replacement product.

Important: Ship the product in a secure box using a courier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. You are responsible for any damage or loss during transit until the item is signed for and received at our facility.
